What FUN things are you going to spend money on when you STOP boozing?

And 5 other mindset-shifting questions for intermittent no-boozing
1

In this old-school Limitless Mindset vlog, six mindset-shifting questions for motivation and maximizing hedonism while maintaining a sober lifestyle...

  1. What is going to change in your life?

  2. What changes are you going to make?

  3. Who can or cannot be in your sober life?

  4. How are you going to manage your stress?

  5. How are you going to spend your money having fun?

  6. When to tell people about your sobriety?

I write this on day 97 of no-booze. Speaking of fun things to do while no-boozing, check out this fun video of me doing some storytelling at a stand-up comedy open mic night. You might get a laugh out of my "robbed by a pig" and "we almost killed a girl in Colombia" stories here...

The beer in my hand was non-alcoholic (I'm on day 97 of no-booze) BUT I wasn't quite sober. I was on about 500 milligrams of Phenibut - the cosmonaut's anxiolytic.

During my no-boozing I will also often drink anxiolytic infoceuticals (downloadable medicine - yes, that's a thing) at dinner; Kava Kava, CBD, GABA, Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, etc.

My advice here is for people who can maintain a healthy relationship with alcohol (I do think this is possible) while optimizing for health and hedonism. For alcoholics, abstinence is the only option and they should seek professional help in maintaining it.
