In this (admittedly overdue) June Q&A, we deliver anti-ultracrepidarian responses to your inquiries, ranging from mental health, repairing the brain, and biohacking belief to... geography.
Mrs. Limitless is busy with the Limitless baby, so co-hosting is Joel Bein. He shares his innovative method for rapid belief change, we explore the subconscious roots of habits, and discuss Biohacking strategies for mental and "sexual sovereignty." Discover how to clear limiting beliefs in just 15 minutes and transform your life permanently; check out his Belief Clearing Guide and podcast.

#44 Questions
Q
I’m
looking for someone with experience helping individuals manage the
complex combination of Bipolar Type 1 and Narcolepsy Type 2. My
18-year-old son has been on olanzapine and lithium carbonate for three
years, which has successfully controlled his bipolar symptoms but
unfortunately caused massive weight gain. While we are currently working
with a holistic psychiatrist to oversee the process, my ultimate goal
is to safely and entirely wean him off these medications to heal his
brain, and I want to find the right supplements and team members to
sustain him through this transition.
His
situation is further complicated by a few distinct health challenges,
including asthma, sleep apnea, and a diagnosis of hypermobility. This
hypermobility makes his tissues more prone to injury, which factored
into a freak accident a year ago where he suffered a severe traumatic
eye injury. He has already had one surgery to realign his misaligned
eyeball, but he still suffers from double vision and is facing a second
operation. We have been using neurofeedback intermittently for a year to
support him, but I want to know what additional biohacking protocols,
targeted lifestyle adjustments, and supplements can help stabilize his
brain and protect his body during this drug weaning process.

The low-hanging fruit solution for mental health: High-dose Niacin
A 2013 paper recommended a stack of ALCAR and CoQ10 for bipolar disorder
Memantine - The most recent clinical trial was done in 2017 in Shiraz, Iran. It was a 16-week double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study of 58 patients in the manic phase of Bipolar Disorder. Over the course of the trial, the patients improved by 34% in their Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior Scale scores.
Uridine - Those yo-yo-ing between rage and blind optimism may find Uridine transformational. An American 2011 human study done on Uridine, conducted over 6 weeks on a small group of adolescents, suggested it's a mitochondrial hack for a healthy psyche.
Supplements for weaning off drugs...
Low-Dose Lithium Orotate
Transition: As lithium carbonate is tapered down, some holistic
psychiatrists cross-taper the patient onto trace-mineral lithium orotate
(typically 5–20 mg). While lithium carbonate uses massive doses to
force therapeutic blood levels, low-dose lithium orotate more
efficiently crosses the blood-brain barrier to provide targeted
neuroprotective, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) support
without the heavy systemic strain.
GABAergic and Cholinergic
Support (For Olanzapine Taper): Olanzapine heavily blocks serotonin,
dopamine, histamine, and acetylcholine receptors. Tapering can cause an
intense rebound spike in central nervous system activity, causing severe
insomnia and anxiety.
Functional mushrooms: Lion’s Mane for neurogenesis
For narcolepsy: Modafinil or L-Tyrosine
Weight loss stack: fasting, blood flow restriction bands, variable resistance weight training (as explained in Weight Lifting Is a Waste of Time by Dr. John Jaquish)
Meta solution:
How motivated is he to get better? If he’s motivated, mindfulness
practice, Dispenza-style epigenetic mindset transformation meditation, no fap, weight lifting, spirituality, earthing/grounding
Q
Responding to ♂️ Can you be MGTOW and MARRIED?
I’ve
always wanted to have rewarding tantric sex. I’ve never had sex, even
though I worship all things sex. I’ve kissed girls intimately, but
that’s as far as my bases go.Do
you think I should’ve followed the advice of Black Pigeon Speaks and
looked for a nice submissive Asian girl who desires men like me? Perhaps
go to Vietnam and live there. I want to be one of the beaucoup men they
speak about in Full Metal Jacket.I
wonder if there are classes where couples can practice and hone the art
of tantric sex, yoga, and other rewarding energy works for the body.
Imagine the movie Couples Retreat but as a porno. That’s the kind of
paradise living I’m talking about. How do I end up on an island 🏝️
environment like that?

Q
Responding to Unleash epic creativity with THIS drug
I’m watching your nicotine video, and I know you use liquid nicotine. What about nicotine patches?
Dave Asprey mentions the 10 mg dose as a maximum per day. What’s your feedback on this?
A
Recommndations
I’m suspicious of products as mainstream as Nicotine patches. The 10-milligram daily limit is probably wise.
Q
What would you recommend for repairing the brain from NightQuil, which could possibly cause memory loss?
A
Recommndations
Repairing the brain: BPC-157, Semax, Selank
For memory loss: Piracetam, Mnemonics memory training, Dual N-Back brain training
For deep sleep: SR1 Delta Sleeper

Q
Responding to The Futility of the Flat Earth Debate
A
bunch of the people I’ve heard who have switched to a flat-earth belief
did so after going through Eric Dubay’s list of questions/challenges to
the round-earth model. Maybe picking ten or so on that list would be a
more scientific approach to the matter? And
if you want another good challenge to “scientific authority”, you might
look into virology and its apparent failure to meet three of four of
Koch’s Postulates designed to properly test such models.Or,
similarly, you could look into the deep corruption of modern-day
banking and even “law” and ask why so few people know about those even
in the internet age, or things like SRA and adrenochrome for that
matter.

INVEST at least $300 in your own mind with these recommended sources and get a Biohacking consultation
Lean Life Coaching biohacking consulting
As mentioned in the podcast, this is a very lean biohacking consulting/life coaching program. Here’s how this would work...
The Biohacking Consultation is 1 hour and 45 minutes total - which is actually two consulting calls.
First Call 1 hour - Discovery & Strategizing call, I need to ask you some questions, we’ll discuss your history, and outline a biohacking strategy and action plan to overcome your issues.
Second Call 45 minutes - Follow-up call in 30 or 60 days to see how you’re doing with the plan we outlined; how you’ve improved, what you’re struggling with, etc
There are a few important reasons we split the time up into two calls
It’s a significant motivation hack for you to follow through on the biohacking habits and plan we’ll outline because you’re accountable to me in 30 or 60 days.
I’m incentivized to come up with a really effective biohacking strategy for you because I have to talk to you after you’ve been following it for a month or two.
It timeboxes us with a deadline of 30 or 60 days for you to make improvements and accomplish your goals.
Your skin is in the game here, that you’re paying good money for this, and you’re accountable to me on another call in 30 or 60 days. You’ll have to explain your lack of action if you fail to follow through.
Take a few minutes to answer a few questions. If your issues are far outside my areas of expertise, I’ll decline the consultation. My time is finite and very valuable, so I only want to spend it consulting the people I can really help. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
